D-Day

Oooooooh what do you do on your due date, when the baby hasn't come? Do you...

-clean the house?
-change the sheets?
-do laundry?
-go for a walk in the rain and chase some ducks? (Hilarious! See the movie)
-have a game night with friends? (They tried valiantly to make me laugh hard enough to induce labor..nice try guys!)
-start home improvement projects? (Kurtis' doing)
-make cookies?

Is that what you do? So do I! All in all, the due date thing is so anti-climatic! This D-Day was not infamous for us. Why even tell you a due date anyway? All you do is get your hopes up for nothing. Maybe this is another test at my patience. But aren't I going to learn that soon enough with a child? It's a conspiracy.
Some goslings we saw along the lake

The most updated pregnancy pose.. on the due date appropriately
The duck hunt. Notice the one straggler at the end. He was soo afraid for his life! Poor thing! It made for some good entertainment though.

Happy D Day to you! :) I know there a lots of tricks that are supposed to induce labor, but who knows if any of that stuff works. I'm sure you're getting impatient though. Good luck Julie and Kurtis!!

I talked to Paola today and heard the bad news! =) I hear that going past your due date is horrible! Just remember, it's better than having a preemie in the NICU! Believe me. I guess that's the bright side! Good luck this week-- hope everything goes great!!

I hope Mall walking was fun at least! What else do you have planned this week? The more plans you make the earlier she will come!!!
Love ya
